Doreen Walsweer – Sore, born and raised in Kenya is a Master holder in Environmental Sciences from the Vrije University of Brussels. Additionally Mrs. Sore holds Masters Degrees in, Masters in Arts in International Politics (Center for European Research for International Strategies) Masters in Business Information System (European University) and is a Bachelors degree holder in Economics (Nagpur University, India)

Mrs. Sore serves the government of Botswana in the capacity of a Researcher at the Embassy of Botswana in Brussels. She also served as the research arm of the special UN Envoy on Climate Change, Former President of the Republic of Botswana His Excellency Mr. Festus Mogae.

Mrs. Sore is a great advocate of the environment and continues to pursue various environmental protection campaigns at both personal and professional levels. Mrs. Sore is married to Mr. Albert Walsweer and they both live in Belgium.
